Villa Granada is a unique one bedroom villa on a shared property that coexists with nature, surrounded by beautiful gardens, iguanas and a vast variety of birds. Situated in the prestigious, gated, beach front Las Olas Subdivision community, Villa Granada is less than a three minute walk to the main beach.

The two private, detached casitas, Villa Papaya and Villa Granada are beautifully decorated, each with a king size bed in a loft setting, a wooden closest, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area. In between both casitas is a shared patio with a sitting area and covered BBQ.

The close proximity to the beach and the town center, coupled with its magnificent accommodations and the finely manicured gardens, provides an incomparable oasis of relaxation and enjoyment. Relax indoors or under the stars, gaze at the stunning, multi-colored sunsets and listen to the surf breaking just steps away. Villa Granada will provide everything you’ll need to ensure a premier, relaxing vacation in paradise.

This property consists of three separate units, the two casitas, Villa Granada & Villa Papaya and the four bedroom main house which can be rented by itself without the two casitas.
